Specialists in the public enterprise “Enterprise Lithuania” made this conclusion after completing an analysis on how export-ready TEC Consulting was. During the analysis, they got familiar with the company’s activities, projects and export management.
The agency also assessed, that the activities meet the main standards of an international companies and has partners in foreign markets, which allows the company to carry out international projects. The company has project management professionals, who have more than 15 years of experience in the project management sector both in Lithuania and in other countries, and all of them speak multiple languages, which makes carrying out projects simpler.
“We thank “Enterprise Lithuania” for the assessment and recommendations. We have both knowledge and experience, which we are prepared to share with companies outside of Lithuania. That is why advice from experts is always welcome. Our current goals are to increase our partner network in foreign countries, which will improve project execution, strengthen our team with new specialists, as well as increase the synergy between TEC group companies so that it would be more comfortable for all of our clients” – said TEC Consulting sales manager Mantas Biknius.
TEC Consulting is a part of the TEC Group of companies operating in infrastructure, industry and energy design, consulting and project management. TEC Consulting provides management of industry and energy construction projects as well as maintenance services and gives consulting on project management in Lithuania and in foreign countries. At the end of last year, the company signed a contract with German “Nordzucker AG” in which it was agreed that TEC Consulting will do a boiler’s energy audit, which is in a sugar plant in Nykøbing Falster (Denmark). At the beginning of the sugar production season in 2019, the company will also optimize the “Nordzucker AG” boilers to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission by half.
